No.  But we do work closely with estate agents, solicitors, and other professionals in sourcing property.  A thourough knowledge of what is on the market, what is coming to the market and what is being sold privately is essential in meeting our clients requirement.  We search the whole market to find a suitable property for our clients.

Do you also sell property? No. We act exclusively for retained clients seeking to purchase property.  By operating in this way we act solely in the best interests of you, our client.

How do you charge for this service? Our fees are based upon the value of the property you are seeking to purchase, in much the same way that an estate agent will charge to sell.  Our service is bespoke, discreet, and professional and we advise and assist you through all the stages of purchasing a property.  Please call should you wish to discuss in detail how we operate.

What are your qualifications? All of our Regional Directors are experienced property professionals with a broad range of relevant skills and qualifications. In Edinburgh, for example, our Regional Director is educated to degree level in surveying and has worked in the residential industry for many years. Stacks are members of The Property Ombudsman scheme and founder members of the Association of Relocation Professionals.
